1. What are the paid and free functions?
Answer: The free function is motion detection, 6-second alarm event, and 7-day loop recording. If you want to record other longer, you need to pay.
2. Is cloud storage calculated by time or capacity, if it is calculated by capacity, how big is the capacity?
Answer: Cloud storage is calculated by time. You can choose to record in 7 days or 30 days. The charging standard can be 1 month or direct annual subscription.
3. Is night vision only black and white night vision?
The night vision mode depends on the current environment changes, the default automatic mode, if the current environment has lights on, trigger the white light to turn on, it will be in color, if it is a completely black environment, the night vision infrared light is turned on, it will be black and white.
4. It is written on the parameter that it supports multiple languages. Does the shipment also support multiple languages? If it supports, please explain which language it is
Answer: The default voice is only Chinese and English. The language of the APP is based on which country you choose before logging in.
5. Smart motion detection is written on the parameters. We tried it. When people walk over, the camera will not automatically follow it. It can only be rotated by operating the camera in the APP. Whether this is the case, or whether there is a problem with our test.
Answer: Motion detection means that someone has moved, and when triggered, there will be a corresponding alarm. The alarm frequency can be set by yourself. Motion tracking is turned off by default. You need to enable motion tracking in the camera APP settings. Only when someone walks by will automatically track it.
