How lucky I am to have found this very grab handle a second time! I have one exactly like this that I use as a grab handle inside my tub and it has been so effective, I wanted a second one for the other side of the tub. I was unable to find this exact grab handle earlier on, so I tried a few others. One handle had whopping 5-inch+ suction cups and i was unable to attach it to the tub due to the curvature of the tub. With the size of these suction cups on this version (~3 inches), I am able to find a flat surface on my tub for this to grip. These grab handles are attractive and look like they were built for my tub. Most of the other ones look like they belong in a medical facility. The design and look are quite nice and match the language on the box: "Where Security Meets Style". This is very much the look and function I was looking for. These also work on the outside of my specific tub.

This 12-inch suction cup grab bar offers a practical solution for individuals seeking additional stability in the bathroom. Its tool-free installation makes it easy to attach to smooth, non-porous surfaces like tiles or glass. The removable design allows for portability, making it suitable for travel or temporary use which is nice. While it provides added support, it's important to note that suction-based handles may not offer the same level of security as permanently installed grab bars. Regularly checking the suction to ensure it remains firmly attached is recommended for safety. Because it can come off either from overuse or just sporadically. Just use your best judgement! Be safe!

This suction cup mounted grab bar is just what the doctor ordered. My wife had hip replacement surgery and the one grab bar we bought at WalMart for inside the shower wasn't sufficient. We got this one from Amazon to mount on the outside shower glass so we had 2 to compare. This is a large grab bar but when you need stability - looks are not the determining factor. This bar mounts solidly onto the glass and will not come off unless the release tabs are intentionally pulled up. The bar removes easily when you want to remove or move it. I also like this design (compare to image with Walmart curved bar in background) as it has protruding ends that you can hang a towel or clothes on when needed. I would highly recommend this grab bar.

This grab bar has a nice, strong grip on smooth surfaces like granite. It grips pretty well and is easy to affix to non-porous surfaces with the suction system it has - you just place it against the surface with the tabs on top open, then close them while pressing it against the shower wall or desired surface. The gray strip on top and finger holds on the underside help in gripping it.Note that when you apply these suction grab bars to tile, the tiles must be bigger than the suction cups. They also need to be smooth rather than textured in any way. However, this grab bar worked well in our shower with textured tile even when others didn't! I'm very impressed!

This safety grab bar is super easy to install and built from strong plastic, The suction cups were of better quality then expected, I installed this to help my aging father getting in and out of the tub safely, I am a big guy and weigh 220Lbs and I tried to pull it off the wall and it held its ground strong, Be sure to clean the area free of any soap scum before you install or it will not stick properly, Very nice product for a fair price..

As I get older, I find myself more unstable when I close my eyes to wash my hair in the shower. This simple handy solution makes me more comfortable and confident without the construction work needed to install permanent grab bars. Very sturdy.

They work well if the surface is pretty flat but If it's not it tends to lose grip
